1. DELIVERY POLICY
1.1. Beauty Cosmetics mainly delivers your orders through best shiping Compnies to ensure the timely shipping of your order.
1.2. We allow you to choose the most convenient time for your delivery, on any day according to your geographical area, or during any week or even month.
1.3. You can subscribe to get your orders delivered for the selected products on a regular basis (daily, weekly or monthly).
1.4. The item must be ordered at least two days before the time to be obtained bearing in mind the cut-off time of 0:00 PM and working hours of Beauty Cosmetics. Some goods may need more time for processing, with delivery taking a day or several days, depending on the nature of the item.
1.5. In the case of urgent orders, please contact our customer service and we will do our best to help you.
1.6. Upon delivery of the Product, you may be required signature on a copy of the invoice to confirm receipt of the goods. We will deliver the order to the registered address and we consider the signature of anyone at the address as a receipt of the order.
1.7. Our courier will try to reschedule a delivery of unclaimed parcels within 1-2 days of after the first attempt of delivery. After 3 delivery tries we will be cancelling the order on our end.

Beauty Cosmetics provides a free delivery service for orders worth more than 500 EGP through Speedaf shipping company within 5-10 business days within Egypt.
1.10. You can follow your shipment through the shipping company's website.
1.11. We guarantee the safety of the order until the moment of delivery. Beauty Cosmetics is not responsible for the product after signing the acknowledgment receipt.
1.12. Shipping is carried out by Bosta shipping company for all areas within Egypt.
1.13. The guide uses the approximate duration of delivery starting from the moment the order is sent. Beauty Cosmetics is not responsible for any delay caused by the payment procedure by the applicant
1.14. Add a fee to the shipping cost of the order if the place of delivery is located within a remote area.
1.15. If you wish to cancel and replace your order, please review our return policy
1.16. Please note that if your order has already been sent and you wish to cancel it, you must wait until it reaches you and then proceed with the return procedure.
1.17. If delivery or collection is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not accept the product from the courier we may (without affecting any other right or remedy available to us) no longer make the product available for re-delivery and will notify you that we are immediately cancelling the your order, in which case we will refund to your credit or debit card the amount of the cancelled products.
2. Return policy
2.1. In the case of canceling the order before shipment is delivered, the refund policy will be applied following to same payment method (credit card or Cash) the same payment method within 7 - 14 days.
2.2. In case of cancellation after order shipping, the customer shall bear the shipping cost
2.3. If the order is received and the customer wishes to return the order due to any reason related to product quality or manufacture damage from Beauty Cosmetics, the return will be made without any additional expenses.
2.4. In case of receipt of the order and the desire of the customer to return the order due to a change of opinion or any reason related to the customer, the business shall not bear the shipping cost to return the order.Also, we not accepted to return the product until it is checked and ensured that it is in the same condition in which it was shipped.
2.5.Under no circumstances can the product be returned after opening the product.
